This is the heart of everything. The technology makes the tray hot in just a few seconds and maintains an even, high temperature. That’s why you get a frying surface in the oven on chicken, meatballs, potatoes, fish, vegetables – even pizza.
Frying surface in the oven:
A regular oven tray bakes the food. VOur trays fry from below and bake from above. That means crispy edges, juicy inside, and results that remind more of a frying pan than the oven. To get the best result, you need to dare to use higher temperatures than usual, often around 230–250 degrees, and shorter cooking times.
PFAS-free non-stick:
The trays are super easy to wash and require neither baking paper nor extra fat. A big plus for both the environment and the kitchen.
