Customer satisfaction guarantee

Please note that these terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights, such as statutory warranty rights or rights under the manufacturer's warranty.


If you want to benefit from OnePan's 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee, you agree to the following:

1. consumers must have purchased a OnePan product


2. consumers have up to 30 days to try the product. If they are not satisfied, they must notify OnePan within this time that they wish to return the product by email to info@onepan.se.

3. consumers must provide an order confirmation, a scanned version (or a clear photo) of a proof of purchase by email.

  • The proof of purchase must contain the following information to be recognised:
  • Model or product description
  • Quantity
  • Price
  • Place of purchase
  • Purchase date

  • If we confirm that the proof of purchase is valid, our customer service will arrange for return shipping of the product. Consumers have up to 10 working days from notification to return the product to OnePan, unless OnePan arranges a later collection of the product. Returns must be made to OnePan according to the methods and instructions provided by OnePan when you notify us that you are using the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.


4. a refund will only be issued once our service provider has received and inspected (1) the products and (2) the original purchase receipt.

5. the product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accompanying contents and accessories such as pillowcases, etc. and it must be clean and free of food.

  • Refunds may be denied if, in the opinion of OnePan's service provider, the product has not been used in accordance with the user manual. OnePan reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to its original value, if and to the extent such depreciation is due to your handling of the product beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics or function.


6. it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed to the specified bank account.
