1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1. When you shop with us, all transactions are handled according to Swedish law, unless otherwise stated. Reference is made to the Consumer Sales Act, the Consumer Services Act, and The Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Away from Business Premises (the Distance Contracts Act).

1.2. To place an order on www.onepan.se , you must be of legal age or have permission from a guardian to enter into a purchase agreement. According to Swedish law, OnePan does not accept digital purchases from individuals under 18 years old. OnePan reserves the right, in individual cases, to remove or edit your order (if you have provided us with incorrect personal information and/or have payment remarks).

1.3. The order is binding as soon as OnePan has received your order. Note that in case of mislabeling of price or other errors related to price, which are of such nature that you realized, or should have realized, that it was wrong, OnePan is not obligated to complete the purchase according to the contract. You always have the option to cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable legislation. See section (5) for more information.

1.4. When OnePan receives your order, we will confirm this and automatically send an order confirmation to the email you provided. Please review this order confirmation carefully. If the order confirmation does not match what you intended to order, please contact OnePan by email at info@onepan.se along with the order number.

1.5. OnePan reserves the right to make price increases, set incorrect prices, currency changes, changes in transport costs, backorders, typos, force majeure, and in cases where delivery to you is delayed due to the shipping company being unable to deliver to you according to the agreed time.

2. Delivery and shipping costs

2.1. Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price, including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment costs.

2.2. Payment terms corresponding to the selected payment method are displayed in the shopping cart.

2.3. Delivery terms corresponding to the selected shipping method are presented in the shopping cart. You are welcome to send us an email (info@onepan.se) if you wish to place an order for locations outside our preselected shipping destinations.

2.4. In case of return or cancellation, OnePan is responsible for the shipping costs. In the event of product exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the ordered goods turn out to be defective, complaints will be handled without any charges.

2.5. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.

3. Alternative delivery address

3.1. To have your order delivered to a different address, this must be specified at checkout. If this is not possible, please contact us at info@onepan.se

3.2. Klarna's rules and conditions (only when you pay with Klarna) require that we deliver your order to the address where you are registered.

4. Payment

4.1. After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your purchase has been approved.

4.2. We accept card payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna Slice It, Klarna Pay Now, as well as invoice payments with Klarna Pay Later. When you pay with debit card, credit card, or Klarna, the payment is processed by our payment partner Shopify Payments to ensure fast and secure payment.

4.3. For returns, we refund the amount for the purchase you return, including the shipping cost. You can see your refund on your account statement within 14 banking days from the day you received your return confirmation from us. The refund is always made to the same payment card used for the purchase.

5. Return Policy

5.1. When purchasing goods on the website, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying OnePan within 14 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered item (the withdrawal period). Additionally, as a customer, you always have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase from OnePan, you have the right to return it and get your money back if you notify us within 30 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered item.

5.2. If you want to cancel your purchase, you should send a clear message to OnePan before the withdrawal period expires. You must provide your name, address, and order number in an email sent to info@onepan.se. If you prefer not to use the above communication method, you can use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Consumer Agency (see www.konsumentverket.se).

5.3. When exercising the right of withdrawal or our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we cover the return shipping costs, but you are responsible for the condition of the item after you have received it and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified OnePan of exercising the right of withdrawal or 100% satisfaction guarantee. The item must be sent well packaged and in good condition. Returns must be made to OnePan according to the methods and instructions provided by OnePan when you notify us that you are exercising the right of withdrawal or 100% satisfaction guarantee.

5.4. When you withdraw your purchase, OnePan will refund the amount you paid for the product. We use a 100% satisfaction guarantee; you as the customer pay for additional shipping costs. OnePan has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to its original value, if and to the extent such depreciation is due to you handling the product more than necessary to determine its properties or function.

5.5. OnePan will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we received your return and sent a return confirmation via email. The refund will be made to you via the payment method you chose when purchasing the product, provided that no other agreement has been made or there are no obstacles to such a refund.

6. Warranty

When purchasing products from OnePan AB, a lifetime warranty is provided upon registration of the serial number on our website. Please note that this warranty excludes the non-recoatable nonstick coating. We also require that you follow our care instructions carefully for the warranty to apply.

7. Complaints

7.1. The right to claim covers goods that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the item is defective when you receive your order, you should contact OnePan as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you received your order. Contact our customer service at info@onepan.se. Claims made within two months after the defect is discovered are always considered timely. You have a lifetime right to claim for goods purchased on the website (except for the coating which naturally wears out with use).

7.2. When the claimed item has been returned and the claim has been approved, OnePan will compensate you in accordance with consumer protection legislation. OnePan aims for this to happen within 30 days from the date OnePan receives the claim, but it may sometimes take longer. OnePan reserves the right to deny a claim if it turns out that the item is not defective according to consumer protection legislation. 8. Force Majeure

OnePan shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond OnePan's control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning strikes, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical problems, faults in electricity/telecom/data connections or other communications, as well as faults or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from liability for damages and other consequences. If the circumstance has lasted for more than two months, both you and OnePan have the right to immediately cancel the purchase.

9. Change of Terms

OnePan reserves the right to make changes to our general terms at any time. All changes will be published on our website. Changes take effect from the day you accept the terms (in connection with a new purchase or when you visit the website), or alternatively 30 days after OnePan has informed you of the changes. However, OnePan recommends that you regularly check the website to stay informed about any changes to the terms.

10. General Terms Subscription Service

10.1. Trial: You have a 30-day full right of withdrawal from the delivery date – if you are not satisfied, you get your money back.

10.2. Monthly payments continue until you actively terminate the service and return the product according to instructions.

10.3. Binding period: 18 months from the start date. If you terminate the service before this 18-month period has expired, a return fee of 495 SEK will be charged to cover handling and logistics.

10.4. Upon termination, the product must be returned in approved condition according to our return and user terms.

12. Other

12.1. We disclaim all liability for damages resulting from improper use of OnePan products by the consumer.

12.2. Uncollected goods will be returned to us. For all uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge return shipping, handling, and fees.
