1. General terms and conditions

1.1 When you buy from us, all transactions are governed by Swedish law, unless otherwise stated. Reference is made to the Consumer Sales Act, the Consumer Services Act and The Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Away from Business Premises (the Distance Contracts Act).

1.2 To place an order on www.onepan.se , you must be of legal age or have the authorisation of a guardian to enter into a contractual purchase. Under Swedish law, OnePan does not accept digital purchases from individuals under the age of 18. OnePan reserves the right, in individual cases, to remove or edit your order (if you have provided us with incorrect personal information and/or have payment remarks).

1.3 The order is binding as soon as OnePan has received your order. Please note that in the event of mislabelling of price or other errors related to price, which are of such nature that you realized, or should have realized, that it was wrong, OnePan is not bound to complete the purchase under contract. You always have the option to cancel the purchase in accordance with the applicable legislation. See section (5) for more information.

1.4 When OnePan receives your order, we will confirm this and automatically send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Please check this order confirmation carefully. If the order confirmation does not match what you intended to order, please contact OnePan via email at info@onepan.se along with the order number.

1.5. OnePan reserves the right to make price increases, set the wrong price, currency changes, changes transport costs, backorders, typos, force majeure and in cases where delivery to you is delayed due to the shipping company not being able to deliver to you in accordance with the agreed time.


2. Delivery and shipping costs

2.1 Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping basket you can see the total price, including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment costs.

2.2. Payment terms corresponding to the selected payment method are displayed in the shopping basket.

2.3. Delivery terms corresponding to the selected shipping method are presented in the shopping basket. You are welcome to send us an email (info@onepan.se) if you wish to place an order for locations outside our pre-selected shipping destinations.

2.4 In case of return or cancellation, OnePan is responsible for the shipping costs. In case of product exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the ordered goods turn out to be defective, complaints will be handled without any charges.

2.5. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.


3. Alternative delivery address

3.1 To have your order delivered to another address, this must be specified at check-out. If this is not possible, please contact us at info@onepan.se

3.2. Klarna terms and conditions (only when paying with Klarna) require us to deliver your order to the address where you are registered.


4. Payment

4.1 After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your purchase has been authorised.

4.2. We accept card payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna Slice It, Klarna Pay Now, and invoice payments with Klarna Pay Later. When you pay by debit card, credit card or Klarna, the payment is processed by our payment partner Shopify Payments to ensure fast and secure payment.


4.3 For returns, we will refund the amount of the purchase you are returning, including the shipping cost. You can see your refund on your bank statement within 14 business days from the day you received your return confirmation from us. The refund will always be made to the same payment card used for the purchase.


5. Return policy

5.1 Purchases of goods on the Website are subject to a 14-day cancellation period in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying OnePan within 14 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered goods (cancellation period). In addition, as a customer, you always have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase from OnePan, you have the right to return and get your money back if you notify us within 30 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered item.

5.2. If you want to cancel your purchase, you should send a clear message to OnePan before the cancellation period expires. You should include your name, address and order number in an email sent to info@onepan.se. If you prefer not to use the above means of communication, you can use the standard cancellation form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (see www.konsumentverket.se).

5.3. When using the right of withdrawal or our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will bear the return shipping costs, but you are responsible for the condition of the goods after you receive them and during the return shipping. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified OnePan of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or 100% satisfaction guarantee. The goods must be sent well packaged and in good condition. Returns should be made to OnePan according to the methods and instructions provided by OnePan when you notify us that you are exercising the right of withdrawal or 100% satisfaction guarantee.


5.4 When you cancel your purchase, OnePan will refund the amount you paid for the item. We used the 100% satisfaction guarantee, you as a customer pay for added shipping costs. OnePan is entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the goods compared to their original value, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to your handling of the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their characteristics or function.


5.5 OnePan will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we received your return and sent a return confirmation email. The refund will be made to you via the payment method you chose when purchasing the goods, provided that no other agreement has been made or that there are obstacles to such refund.


6. Warranty

When purchasing products from OnePan AB, a lifetime warranty is provided when registering the serial number on our website. Please note that this warranty excludes the recoatable nonstick coating. We also require that you follow our care instructions carefully for the warranty to apply.


7. Complaints

7.1 The right to claim applies to goods that are defective under applicable consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the goods are defective when you receive your order, you should contact OnePan as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you receive your order. Contact our customer service at info@onepan.se. Claims made within two months of the discovery of the defect are always considered timely. You have a lifetime right of complaint for goods purchased on the website (except for the coating which naturally wears out with use).

7.2. Once the claimed product has been returned and the claim has been accepted, OnePan will compensate you in accordance with consumer protection legislation. OnePan aims to do this within 30 days from the date OnePan receives the complaint, but it may sometimes take longer. OnePan reserves the right to refuse a claim if the goods are found not to be defective under consumer protection legislation. For complaints, OnePan follows guidelines from the Consumer Board

8. Force Majeure

OnePan shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond OnePan's control, such as general labour disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changes in government regulations, technical problems, failures in electricity/telecom/data connections or other communications, as well as failures or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated herein. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other consequences. If the circumstance has lasted for more than two months, both you and OnePan are entitled to cancel the purchase immediately.


9. Change of conditions 

OnePan the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website. Changes will take effect from the date you accept the terms and conditions (in connection with a new purchase or when you visit the website), or alternatively 30 days after OnePan has informed you of the changes. However, OnePan recommends that you check the website regularly to be informed of any changes to the Terms.

10. General conditions Subscription service

10.1. Our promise to you: if you don't like your OnePan, we'll take it back free of charge within 30 days. 

10.2. You can cancel your subscription at any time without obligation before each monthly renewal. However, please note: upon cancellation of the subscription, you must return your OnePan product.

10.3. If you return your OnePan product within 18 months, you will be charged a return fee of 495 SEK.


10.4. Shipping (69 SEK) is added to your very first delivery. Everything else is included in your monthly fee.

12. Other

12.1 We disclaim all liability for damages arising from improper use of OnePan products by consumers.

12.2. Uncollected goods will be returned to us. For all uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge return shipping, handling and fees.
