1000 Small Dishes x OnePan: Winter’s Tastiest Mash – Perfect for the Christmas Dinner

This fluffy parmesan mash is everything you want for the Christmas slow-cooked dishes and roasts. The wide base and even heat in OnePan 26 make the mash silky, airy, and warm all the time while you whisk.

Goes perfectly with our sticky ribs and buttery red wine gravy.

Number of people: 4

Ingredients

1 kg potatoes
2 to 3 dl milk
50 to 100 g butter
Salt
1 dl grated Parmesan
A little grated nutmeg

How to do it

  1. Boil potatoes in your OnePan 26 with lid in salted water until soft.
  2. Drain and mash directly in the OnePan 26.
  3. Add warm milk and butter and whisk until fluffy mash.
  4. Season with salt, nutmeg, and grated parmesan.
