1000 Small Dishes x OnePan – Christmas Dinner with Sticky Ribs

Looking for Christmas dinner inspiration? Klara Ingemyr from 1000 Small Dishes has created a luxurious yet super simple winter dish with tender spare ribs, fluffy parmesan mashed potato and buttery red wine gravy. All cooked easily in OneServe and our OnePan pans that provide even heat, perfect crust, and maximum flavour.

Ingredients

About 1 package of ribs
Glaze:
3 cloves of garlic
3 to 4 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
3 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp veal stock
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sweet and strong mustard
1 to 2 tsp coarse strong mustard
1 tsp ground ginger
Pinch of cinnamon and cardamom
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground coriander
Black pepper

How to do it

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients for the glaze directly in the OneServe on the stove. Heat until everything has dissolved.
  2. Put the ribs in and turn them so they are completely covered with the glaze.
  3. Move the pan to the oven and bake for about 1 hour at 200 degrees.
  4. Lower the heat to 100 degrees and cook for about 1 more hour for the most tender meat.
