Classic oven-baked omelet

Imagine avoiding the hassle of making an omelet on the stove and eliminating the risk of it falling apart. Baking in the oven is a good alternative, but using ordinary baking paper can mean sacrificing the perfect surface. In this recipe, we use OneServe. We sautéed our vegetables on the hob and smoothly moved on to baking in the oven, all with OneServe. With OnePans trays, you are guaranteed the same seared surface as a traditional pan, allowing you to complete every step with a versatile tool.

  • 6-8 eggs

Here is how you do it:

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat (70% of the stove's capacity). Sauté your vegetables or fillings until they are soft and flavorful.
  2. Whisk together eggs, cream/water, and sour cream in a bowl. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper for the perfect taste.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed ingredients and transfer the entire mixture to a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the omelette is golden and fully cooked.
  4. Serve the baked omelette immediately after it has been taken out of the oven.
