Ingredients

Optional veggies or fillings of your choice
6-8 eggs
2 dl cream or water (depending on your preference)
4 tbsp smetana or creme fraiche
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Here's how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Fry the vegetables in your OneServe oven dish on the stove with butter or oil for a couple of minutes until they soften.

  3. Whisk the egg mixture: Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour into the dish and top with grated cheese.

  5. Bake in the oven for 5–8 minutes until the omelette is nicely colored and fluffy.

  6. Top with herbs and serve directly from the dish – warm, tasty, and super easy!
