Ingredients
Köttfärssås:
500 g blandfärs
2 gula lökar, hackade
2 vitlöksklyftor, finhackade
2 msk smör
3 msk tomatpuré
800 g krossade tomater
1,5 msk kalvfond
1,5 msk brynt schalottenlökfond
Torkad oregano, chiliflakes, salt & svartpeppar
Ostsås:
50 g smör
3 msk vetemjöl
5 dl mjölk
2 dl riven ost
Salt & peppar
Övrigt:
400 g färska lasagneplattor
1 dl riven ost
125 g mozzarella
Färsk basilika till garnering
Here's how you do it
Sauté in OneServe: Place your OneServe directly on the stove. Melt the butter, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add the ground meat and cook until done.
Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, stock, and spices. Let simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Make the cheese sauce: Melt butter in a OnePan 26 sauté pan, whisk in the flour, then gradually add the milk. Bring to a boil, stir in the cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
Layer in OneServe: Place a layer of meat sauce at the bottom, then cheese sauce and lasagna sheets. Repeat until everything is used up. Finish with cheese and mozzarella on top.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the lasagna is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve directly from your OneServe – warm, creamy, and absolutely perfect!
