Oven salmon on OneTray – quick, juicy & full of flavor

It doesn't get any easier! With OneTray you can make a whole dinner in just a few minutes – salmon, potatoes, and asparagus cook simultaneously and become perfectly crispy thanks to OneTray's unique surface that halves the cooking time.

Ingredients

2–3 laxfiléer
½ knippe sparris
6 små potatisar (delade på mitten)
1 msk smör eller olivolja
Flingsalt & svartpeppar
Ev. lite citron & dill till topping

Here's how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°C.
  2. Place everything on the OneTray baking tray: Put the salmon fillets and asparagus on the tray. Place the halved potatoes next to them, drizzle with butter or olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Cook in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until the salmon is juicy, the asparagus tender, and the potatoes crispy.
  4. Serve with lemon & dill sauce.
