Apple pie in a frying pan with OnePan 24 │ Simple and quick weekend pie with Christmas flavor

A quick and simple apple pie baked in the OnePan 24. Perfect for Christmas coziness and weekend coffee breaks. Fluffy batter meets warm apples with cinnamon, and the result is a golden and juicy pie ready in just a few minutes in the oven.

Ingredients

2 röda äpplen skivade
0.5 dl strösocker
1 ägg
20 g smör smält
1 dl mjölk
1.5 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
Kanel
Lite extra socker
Vaniljglass
Hackade pistagenötter

How to do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. Mix apples with sugar and cinnamon
  3. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy
  4. Stir in melted butter and milk
  5. Fold in flour and baking powder
  6. Grease OnePan 24 and pour in the batter
  7. Place the apples on top
  8. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes
  9. Serve with vanilla ice cream and pistachios
