Ingredients

4 servings:
500 g root vegetables (e.g. potatoes, carrots and parsnips)
3 tbsp butter or other optional fat
1 tsp sea salt
Optional flavourings such as garlic and fresh herbs

How to do it

  1. Heat the oven to 230-250 °C, depending on the oven's power, preferably with the fan setting.
  2. Wash the root vegetables. Cut them lengthwise.
  3. Mix the root vegetables, fat, and spices in your OneSheet.
  4. Place them cut side down for a crispier result.
  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Turn and serve.
