Ingredients

4 servings:
500 g root vegetables (e.g. potatoes, carrots and parsnips)
3 tbsp butter or other optional fat
1 tsp sea salt
Optional flavourings such as garlic and fresh herbs

Here's how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 230-250 °C, depending on the oven's power, preferably with the fan setting.
  2. Wash the root vegetables. Cut them lengthwise.
  3. Mix root vegetables, fat, and spices in your OneSheet.
  4. Place with the cut side down for a crispier result.
  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Turn and serve.
