Pizza with crispy edges

We all long for that crispy pizza you get at a restaurant. Now you can make crispy pizzas at home with your OneTray. Turn your OneTray to the shiny side and you have a ready pizza tray, perfect for crispy crusts and evenly melted toppings.

Ingredients

4 pizzas:
20 g yeast
3 dl of water
2 tsp liquid honey
1 tsp salt
3 msk olivolja
6-7 dl wheat flour, preferably Tipo 00 flour

Optional toppings such as tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, pesto, rocket and fresh basil.

Tips:
You can bake your pizza on a cold tray to avoid the hassle of transferring it to the tray. Roll out the dough directly on your OneTray and add your toppings. Extend the baking time by a few minutes. Now you're done!

Here's how you do it

  1. Crumble the yeast into the water and stir.
  2. Add honey, salt, olive oil, and wheat flour.
  3. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes, preferably with a machine.
  4. Let the dough rest under a cloth for 40 minutes.
  5. Place the dough on a floured work surface and divide it into four pieces.
  6. Shape the dough into balls and cover with plastic wrap.
  7. Let the dough rest at room temperature for one hour before rolling it out or refrigerate overnight.
  8. Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature with the convection setting.
  9. Place your OneTray oven tray in the oven with the smooth side up.
  10. Roll out the dough and add toppings.
  11. Slide the pizza onto the hot tray using a pizza peel. Bake for 3-5 minutes until the pizza is crispy and golden.
