- Preheat the oven to 230-250°C depending on the power of the oven, preferably with hot air.
- Wash the potatoes and cut them lengthways.
- Mix the potatoes, fat and spices in your OneRoast.
- Place the potatoes cut side down for a crispier potato.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes. Turn the potatoes over and serve.
