Crispy potatoes

Want to make crispy potatoes in the oven but can't get the right crunch? Your OneRoast solves the problem with its two-in-one solution. You can now roast and bake your potatoes at the same time to achieve that magical crispiness.

4 servings:
500 g potatoes
3 tbsp butter or other desired fat
1 tsp sea salt flakes
Optional flavourings such as garlic and fresh herbs‍


Tip: You can use leftover boiled potatoes. In that case, shorten the cooking time to 6-8 minutes.
  1. Preheat the oven to 230-250°C depending on the power of the oven, preferably with hot air.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them lengthways.
  3. Mix the potatoes, fat and spices in your OneRoast.
  4. Place the potatoes cut side down for a crispier potato.
  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Turn the potatoes over and serve.
