Do you want to make crispy potatoes in the oven but can't get the right crunch? Your OneRoast solves the problem with its two-in-one solution. You can now fry and bake your potatoes at the same time to achieve that magical crispiness.

Ingredients

4 servings:
500 g potatoes
3 tbsp butter or other desired fat
1 tsp sea salt flakes
Optional flavourings such as garlic and fresh herbs‍


Tip: You can use leftover boiled potatoes. In that case, shorten the cooking time to 6-8 minutes.

Here's how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 230-250°C depending on the oven's power, preferably with fan.

  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them lengthwise.

  3. Mix the potatoes, fat, and spices in your OneRoast.

  4. Place the potatoes cut side down to get crispier potatoes.

  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Turn the potatoes and serve.
