Are you looking for a simple and delicious recipe for focaccia? This small-scale focaccia made in OneServe is perfect for quick baking with minimal effort! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and topped with flavorful ingredients like cherry tomatoes and garlic - this recipe is a must-try!

Ingredients

• 250 g flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 packet (3.5 g) dry yeast
• 175 ml warm water
• 1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
• Cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 small garlic clove, thinly sliced
• Fresh basil leaves (optional)
• Flaky sea salt for topping

Here's how you do it

  1. Prepare the dough: Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil while stirring until a sticky dough forms.

  2. Knead: Knead the dough for about 3-5 minutes until it is smooth.

  3. Let it rise: Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise for 30-45 minutes in a warm place until it has doubled in size.

  4. Shape it in OneServe: Lightly oil your OneServe baking dish and then press the dough evenly into the dish. Let it rest for another 10 minutes.

  5. Add toppings: Dimple the surface with your fingers and then add halved cherry tomatoes, garlic slices, and a splash of olive oil. Sprinkle flake salt on top.

  6. Bake: Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Bake the focaccia in OneServe for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the edges.

  7. Serve: Let cool for a few minutes and then garnish with fresh basil if desired. Enjoy warm!
