Ingredients

Pizzadeg (köpt eller hemmagjord)

2–3 msk tomatsås

Salami

Färsk basilika

Olivolja

Valfria toppings:

Mozzarella
Rödlök

Champinjoner

Oliver

Parmesan

Ruccola (lägg på efter gräddning)

Burrata (lägg på efter gräddning)

How to do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees (preferably use the grill function for the last few minutes).
  2. Roll out or press the pizza dough lightly floured.
  3. Place the dough in a cold, dry OnePan 28 frying pan and set to high heat.
  4. When the bottom starts to bubble, drizzle a little olive oil and let it fry for a few minutes until the underside is golden and crispy.
  5. Spread on tomato sauce and top with cheese and salami (and any other toppings).
  6. Transfer the entire pan into the oven and bake until the pizza is golden and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
  7. Top with fresh basil and possibly a little extra olive oil immediately after baking.
