Creamy parmesan chicken with juicy chicken in cream sauce, served with oven-roasted potatoes with a fine browned surface. The potatoes are roasted directly in the oven while the chicken is browned and allowed to simmer to finish in the same pan, which provides even heat and makes the cooking simple. An easy-to-make and well-liked dinner dish that is perfect for both weekdays and weekends.

Ingredients

Rostad potatis
900 g delikatesspotatis
Olivolja
Flingsalt
Svartpeppar

Parmesankyckling
4 kycklingbröstfiléer
1 msk olivolja
2 msk smör
1 gul lök, finhackad
2 vitlöksklyftor, finhackade
Färsk timjan, hackad
4 dl matlagningsgrädde
1,5 msk kycklingfond
0,5 dl riven parmesan

How to do it

Set the oven to 230 degrees. Cut the potatoes and place them in the OneRoast. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast the potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they are golden and crisp. The roasting pan provides high and even heat from below, which gives the potatoes a nice roasted surface in the oven.
Heat the OnePan 28 over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter and brown the chicken golden on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Lower the heat slightly and sauté onion and garlic in the same pan until they are soft and glossy.
Add thyme, cream, and chicken stock and let the sauce simmer until it thickens to a creamy consistency.
Stir in the parmesan, return the chicken to the pan, and put on the lid. Let it simmer on low heat until the chicken is cooked through and juicy, while the heat is evenly distributed and the sauce keeps its smooth texture.
Serve the parmesan chicken with the roasted potatoes and broccolini.
