Cannelloni with ricotta and spinach in tomato sauce – all cooked in OneServe

This cannelloni is a perfect example of why OneServe is one of our most functional products. You make the tomato sauce directly on the stovetop in the same pan, which then goes straight into the oven, with no extra pots or washing up. The result is a creamy, flavorful pasta dish with even heat, perfect browning, and maximum flavor. A simple yet luxurious dish that is just as suitable for everyday meals as it is for weekends.

Ingredients

Cannelloni:
14 cannelloni tubes
500 g ricotta
200 g fresh spinach, blanched
1 to 2 tsp nutmeg
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 egg yolk
Salt and pepper
Grated parmesan

Tomato sauce:
800 g crushed tomatoes
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp oregano
A little granulated sugar
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

Here's how you do it

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Blanch the spinach briefly in salted water, squeeze out the liquid, and roughly chop.
Mix the spinach with ricotta, nutmeg, garlic, egg yolk, salt, and pepper.
Place the OneServe on the stove with a little olive oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft without browning them.
Add crushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, oregano, a little sugar, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer.
Transfer the ricotta mixture to a piping bag and fill the cannelloni tubes.
Blend the tomato sauce until smooth if desired.
Leave half of the sauce in the OneServe. Add the cannelloni, top with the remaining sauce, and sprinkle generously with Parmesan.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden.
Leave to rest for about 15 minutes before serving. Top with extra Parmesan and fresh basil.
