Cannelloni with ricotta and spinach in tomato sauce – all cooked in OneServe

This cannelloni is a perfect example of why OneServe is one of our most functional products. You make the tomato sauce directly on the stove in the same pan that then goes straight into the oven, without extra pots or dishes. The result is a creamy, flavorful pasta dish with even heat, perfect gratination, and maximum flavor. A simple but luxurious dish that suits both everyday and weekend meals.

Ingredients

Cannelloni:
14 cannelloni tubes
500 g ricotta
200 g fresh spinach, blanched
1 to 2 tsp nutmeg
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 egg yolk
Salt and pepper
Grated parmesan

Tomato sauce:
800 g crushed tomatoes
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp oregano
A little granulated sugar
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

Here's how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Blanch the spinach quickly in salted water, squeeze out the liquid, and roughly chop.

  3. Mix the spinach with ricotta, nutmeg, garlic, egg yolk, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place OneServe on the stove with some olive oil. Sauté onion and garlic gently without browning.

  5. Add crushed tomatoes, balsamic, oregano, a little sugar, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer.

  6. Fill the ricotta mixture into a piping bag and fill the cannelloni tubes.

  7. Blend the tomato sauce smooth if you want.

  8. Leave half of the sauce in the OneServe. Add the cannelloni, top with the rest of the sauce and plenty of parmesan.

  9. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden.

  10. Let rest for about 15 minutes before serving. Top with extra parmesan and fresh basil.
