The fastest and easiest way to make Christmas meatballs

Ingredients

1 egg
0.5 dl heavy cream
2 tbsp Skånsk mustard
1 dl breadcrumbs
Salt, black pepper, allspice
500 g mixed ground meat
0.5 yellow onion, grated

Here’s how you do it

Mix the eggs, cream, mustard, breadcrumbs, and spices in a bowl and let the mixture swell for 5–10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Mix the ground meat and grated onion into the breadcrumb mixture. Roll into approximately 30 meatballs and place them directly on your cold OneSheet.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove the tray, shake it so the meatballs roll around, and return it to the oven for a couple more minutes until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
