The fastest and easiest way to make Christmas meatballs

Ingredients

1 ägg
0.5 dl vispgrädde
2 msk skånsk senap
1 dl ströbröd
Salt, svartpeppar, kryddpeppar
500 g blandfärs
0.5 gul lök, riven

How to do it

  1. Mix eggs, cream, mustard, breadcrumbs, and spices in a bowl and let swell for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Set the oven to 250 degrees.
  3. Stir the minced meat and grated onion into the breadcrumb mixture. Roll into about 30 meatballs and place them directly on your cold OneSheet.
  4. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Take out the tray, shake it so the meatballs roll around, and put it back in the oven for a few more minutes until they have a nice color and are cooked through.
