Chocolate Cookies - in a frying pan

This giant cookie is a total game-changer! Buttery, filled with chocolate chips, and topped with a pinch of sea salt for that sweet and salty feeling. Bake it in your OnePan, and boom—gooey, golden goodness in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

• 150 g unsalted butter, melted
• 2.5 dl packed brown sugar
• 1 dl granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 5 dl all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp sea salt
• 2.5 dl chocolate chips
• Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
• Ice cream

Here's how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until well combined.
  3. Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and sea salt. Stir until the flour disappears. Fold in the chocolate pieces.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in your OnePan 20 and sprinkle a little flaky salt on top.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Don't overbake - you want it to be a little gooey inside. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
