Crispy Summer Pizza with Goat Cheese, Asparagus & Honey

Pizza dough - make your own if you have time, but we highly recommend Pop Bakery's Pizza Dough Napoli (absolutely amazing!)
Smetana (eller crème fraîche)
Chèvre
Flint salt
Pine nuts
Tomatoes (cut into pieces)
Red onion (rather thinly sliced)
Fresh dill & basil
Asparagus
butter
Liquid honey (or truffle honey if you're feeling fancy)
  1. Preheat the oven to the highest setting 250–270°C using top and bottom heat.

  2. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden. Set aside.

  3. Pan-fry asparagus in browned butter – let the butter melt and bubble until golden and nutty before adding the asparagus. Set aside.

  4. Grab your OneSheet tray – no oil, no parchment paper.

  5. Place the dough directly on the tray. Stretch it out slightly.

  6. Spread smetana over the dough, top with chèvre, and sprinkle with flaky salt.

  7. Place the OneSheet directly on the oven floor for 3 minutes – that’s the secret to a crispy bottom.

  8. Move the tray to the top of the oven until golden and starts forming small airy bubbles.

  9. Top with fresh tomatoes, red onion, browned-butter asparagus, herbs, toasted pine nuts, and drizzle with honey.

  10. Ready in under 10 minutes. And yes – it’ll be gone in five.
