Cinnamon rolls with frosting - in a pan

Ingredients:
Dough:
- 30 g yeast
- 200 ml milk
- 450 g flour
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cardamom
- 100 g butter (room temp)
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 0.5 dl brown sugar
Filling:
- 150 g butter (room temp)
- 1.5 dl brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
Here's how:
1) Mix yeast with warm milk. Add the rest of the ingredients except butter. Mix, then slowly add butter. Knead for 10 min. Let rest for 20-30 min.
2) Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread filling, roll, and cut into 15 pieces. Let rise for 1.5-2 hours.
3) Bake in OnePan 28 at 180°C for 15 min (until golden brown) if you want them gooey. If you prefer them a bit firmer, increase baking time slightly.

- 60 g butter (room temperature)
- 130 g granulated sugar
- 150 g cream cheese
- 0.5 tbsp vanilla sugar
