Cinnamon buns in OnePan - moist, golden & baked right in the pan

Baking has never been easier (or more delicious). With the OnePan 28 cm, you can bake cinnamon buns directly in the pan - no baking dish needed! It is suitable for both the oven and stovetop, distributes heat evenly, and makes the buns soft in the middle and golden brown on top.

Perfect for cozy weekends, fika, or whenever you simply want freshly baked buns without the hassle.

Ingredients

Dough:
30 g yeast
200 ml warm milk
450 g all-purpose flour
1 egg
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp cardamom
100 g butter (room temp)
0.5 dl sugar
0.5 dl brown sugar
Filling:
150 g butter (room temp)
1.5 dl brown sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
Frosting:
60 g butter (room temp)
130 g powdered sugar
150 g cream cheese

Here’s how you do it

  1. Mix the yeast with the warm milk.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients (except the butter) and knead for about 10 minutes.

  3. Work in the butter a little at a time until the dough is elastic.

  4. Let rest for 20–30 minutes.

  5. Roll out into a rectangle, spread with the filling, and roll up.

  6. Cut into 15 pieces and place in OnePan 28 cm.

  7. Let rise in the pan for 1.5–2 hours.

  8. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until the buns are golden brown.

  9. Let cool slightly, top with frosting, and serve directly from your OnePan.
