Cinnamon Buns in OnePan – Juicy, Golden & Baked Right in the Pan

Baking has never been easier (or tastier). With the OnePan 28 cm, you can bake cinnamon buns directly in the pan – no baking dish needed! It is oven and stove safe, distributes heat evenly, and makes the buns soft in the middle and golden brown on top.

Perfect for weekend coziness, coffee breaks, or whenever you just want freshly baked buns without any hassle.

Ingredients

Deg:
30 g jäst
200 ml varm mjölk
450 g vetemjöl
1 ägg
0,5 tsk salt
1 msk kardemumma
100 g smör (rumstemp)
0,5 dl socker
0,5 dl farinsocker
Fyllning:
150 g smör (rumstemp)
1,5 dl farinsocker
3 msk kanel
Frosting:
60 g smör (rumstemp)
130 g florsocker
150 g färskost

How to do it

  1. Mix the yeast with the warm milk.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the butter) and knead for about 10 minutes.

  3. Work the butter in little by little until the dough is elastic.

  4. Let rest for 20–30 minutes.

  5. Roll out into a rectangle, spread on the filling, and roll up.

  6. Cut into 15 pieces and place in OnePan 28 cm.

  7. Let rise in the pan for 1.5–2 hours.

  8. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until the buns are golden brown.

  9. Let cool slightly, top with frosting, and serve directly from your OnePan.
