2 ripe peaches, sliced

Caramelize the peaches: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add sugar and water, stirring until it turns into a syrup. Add the peach slices and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and caramelized. Let them cool slightly.

Prepare the bread: Slice your bread of choice and spread a generous layer of pesto on one side.

Assemble the sandwich: Layer arugula, prosciutto, creamy burrata, and the caramelized peaches on the bread.

Finish and serve: Top with the second slice of bread and serve immediately.
