Burrata & caramelized peach sandwich

You must try our Burrata Peach Sandwich! A perfect blend of flavors with fresh arugula, prosciutto, creamy burrata, and sweet caramelized peaches on your favorite bread (ciabatta, baguette, or even a pizza crust!).

Ingredients

Bread (ciabatta, baguette or pizza base)
Pesto
Arugula
Prosciutto
Burrata
2 ripe peaches, sliced
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water

Here's how you do it

  1. Caramelize the peaches: Heat your OnePan 20 over medium heat with a little butter. Add sugar and water while stirring until it becomes a syrup. Add the peach slices and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and caramelized. Let them cool slightly.

  2. Prepare the bread: Slice your choice of bread and spread a generous layer of pesto on one side.

  3. Build your sandwich: Place arugula, prosciutto, creamy burrata, and the caramelized peaches on the bread.

  4. Finish: Top with the other slice of bread and serve immediately.
