Burrata & Caramelized Peach Sandwich

You have to try this Burrata Peach Sandwich! A perfect blend of flavors with fresh arugula, prosciutto, creamy burrata, and sweet caramelized peaches on your favorite bread (ciabatta, baguette, or even a pizza base!).

Ingredients

Bread (ciabatta, baguette or pizza base)
Pesto
Arugula
Prosciutto
Burrata
2 ripe peaches, sliced
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water

Here's how you do it

  1. Caramelize the peaches: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add sugar and water, stirring until it turns into a syrup. Add the peach slices and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and caramelized. Let them cool slightly.

  2. Prepare the bread: Slice your bread of choice and spread a generous layer of pesto on one side.

  3. Assemble the sandwich: Layer arugula, prosciutto, creamy burrata, and the caramelized peaches on the bread.

  4. Finish and serve: Top with the second slice of bread and serve immediately.
