20 g yeast
3 dl water
2 tsp liquid honey
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
6-7 dl wheat flour, preferably Tipo 00 flour
Optional toppings such as tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, pesto, arugula, and fresh basil.
Tips:
You can bake your pizza on a cold tray to avoid the hassle of transferring it onto the tray. Roll out the dough directly on your OneTray and add your toppings. Extend the baking time by a few minutes. Done!

- Crumble the yeast into the water and stir.
- Add honey, salt, olive oil, and wheat flour.
- Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes, preferably with a machine.
- Let the dough rest under a cloth for 40 minutes.
- Place the dough on a floured surface and divide it into four pieces.
- Form balls out of the dough and cover with plastic wrap.
- Let the dough rest at room temperature for an hour before rolling out or refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature with the convection setting.
- Place your OneTray in the oven with the smooth side facing up.
- Roll out the dough and add toppings.
- Slide the pizza onto the hot tray with a pizza peel. Bake for 3-5 minutes until crispy and golden.
