Pizza with crispy crust

We all crave that crispy pizza you get at restaurants. Now, with your OneTray, you can make crispy pizzas at home. Flip your OneTray to the shiny side and you’ve got a ready-made pizza tray, perfect for crispy bottoms and evenly melted toppings.

4 pizzas:
20 g yeast
3 dl water
2 tsp liquid honey
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
6-7 dl wheat flour, preferably Tipo 00 flour

Optional toppings such as tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, pesto, arugula, and fresh basil.

Tips:
You can bake your pizza on a cold tray to avoid the hassle of transferring it onto the tray. Roll out the dough directly on your OneTray and add your toppings. Extend the baking time by a few minutes. Done!
  1. Crumble the yeast into the water and stir.
  2. Add honey, salt, olive oil, and wheat flour.
  3. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes, preferably with a machine.
  4. Let the dough rest under a cloth for 40 minutes.
  5. Place the dough on a floured surface and divide it into four pieces.
  6. Form balls out of the dough and cover with plastic wrap.
  7. Let the dough rest at room temperature for an hour before rolling out or refrigerate overnight.
  8. Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature with the convection setting.
  9. Place your OneTray in the oven with the smooth side facing up.
  10. Roll out the dough and add toppings.
  11. Slide the pizza onto the hot tray with a pizza peel. Bake for 3-5 minutes until crispy and golden.
