Please note that these terms do not affect any statutory rights, such as statutory warranty rights or rights under the manufacturer's warranty.
If you wish to take advantage of OnePan's 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee, you agree to the following:
1. Consumers must have purchased a OnePan product.
2. Consumers have up to 30 days to try the product. If they are not satisfied, they must notify OnePan within that time that they wish to return the product via email at info@onepan.se.
3. Consumers must provide an order confirmation, a scanned version (or a clear photo) of a proof of purchase via email.
The proof of purchase must include the following information to be accepted:
Model or product description
Quantity
Price
Place of purchase
Purchase date
If we confirm that the proof of purchase is valid, our customer service will arrange for the return shipping of the product. Consumers have up to 10 business days from the notification to return the product to OnePan, unless OnePan arranges for a later pickup of the product. Returns must be made to OnePan according to the methods and instructions provided by OnePan when you notify us that you are using the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
4. A refund will only be issued when our service provider has received and inspected (1) the products and (2) the original purchase receipt.
5. The product must be returned in its original packaging and include all accompanying contents and accessories such as pillowcases, etc., and it must be clean and free of any food.
A refund may be denied if the product, according to OnePan's service provider, has not been used in accordance with the user manual. OnePan reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation compared to its original value, if and to the extent such depreciation is due to your handling of the product beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics or function.
6. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed into the specified bank account.
