1. General Terms

1.1. When you shop with us, all transactions are subject to Swedish law and, unless otherwise stated, reference is made to the Consumer Sales Act, the Consumer Services Act and the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Away from Business Premises (the Distance Contracts Act). 

 

1.2.  To place an order on www.onepan.se , you must be at of legal age or have the authorization of a legal guardian to enter into a contract. According to Swedish law, OnePan does not accept credit purchases from individuals under 18 years of age. OnePan reserves the right to, in individual cases, refuse or change your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment remarks). 

 

1.3. The order is binding as soon as OnePan has received your order. Please note that in the event of any price errors or other errors, and which are of such a nature that you have realised, or should have realised, that there was an error, OnePan is not obligated by the contract. You always have the option to cancel the purchase in accordance with the applicable legislation. See section on return policy for more information. 

1.4. When OnePan receives your order, we will confirm it and automatically send an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. Please review the order confirmation carefully. If the confirmation does not match your intended order, please contact OnePan via email at info@onepan.se and provide the order number 

1.5. OnePan reserves the right to make price increases, price errors, currency changes, fee changes, sold goods, back orders, typos, force majeure and in cases where delivery to you is delayed due to the shipping company not being able to deliver to you at the agreed time. 



2. Delivery and shipping costs

2.1. Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can view the total price, including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment charges.

 

2.2. Payment terms corresponding to the chosen payment method are displayed in the shopping cart.

2.3.  Shipping terms corresponding to the selected shipping method are presented in the shopping cart. Please send us an email if you wish to place an order for locations outside of our designated shipping destinations during checkout. 

 

2.4. In the case of a return or cancellation, OnePan is responsible for the shipping costs. In the event of product exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. However, if the ordered items are found to be defective, claims will be handled without any charges.  


2.5. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.



3. Alternative Delivery Address

3.1. To have your order delivered to another address, you must specify it at checkout.

3.2. Klarna's terms and conditions (only when paying with Klarna Invoice or Account) require us to deliver your order to an address where you are registered.

4. Payment

4.1. After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your purchase has been approved. 

4.2. We accept card payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna Slice It, Klarna Pay Now, as well as invoice payments with Klarna Pay Later. When you pay with a debit or credit card or Klarna, the payment is processed by our payment partner Shopify Payments to ensure quick and secure payment. 

4.3. For returns, we will refund the amount of the purchase you return, including the shipping cost. You can see your refund on your account statement within 14 banking days from the day you received your return confirmation from us. The refund is always made to the same payment card used for the purchase. 



5. Return Policy

5.1. When purchasing goods on the website, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to withdraw your purchase by notifying OnePan within 14 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered item (the withdrawal period). Additionally, as a customer, you always have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase from OnePan, you have the right to return and get a refund if you notify us within 30 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered item. 

5.2. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you should send a clear and concise message to OnePan before the withdrawal period expires. You should provide your name, address, and order number in an email sent to info@onepan.se. If you prefer not to use the above method of communication, you may use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (see www.konsumentverket.se). 

5.3. When using the right of withdrawal or our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we cover the return shipping costs, but you are responsible for the condition of the item after you have received it and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified OnePan of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or 100% satisfaction guarantee. The item must be sent well-packaged and in good condition. Returns should be made to OnePan according to the methods and instructions provided by OnePan when you notify us of using the right of withdrawal or 100% satisfaction guarantee. 

5.4. When you withdraw your purchase, OnePan will refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding delivery costs. OnePan is entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the item compared to its original value, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to you handling the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function. 

5.5. OnePan will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date we received your return and sent you a return confirmation via email. The refund will be made to you via the payment method you chose when purchasing the item, provided that no other agreement has been made or there are obstacles to such refund. 


6. Warranty

When purchasing products from OnePan AB, a lifetime of warranty is provided upon registration of the serial number on our website. Please note that this warranty excludes the re-coatable nonstick coating. We also require that you follow our care tips thoroughly in order for the warranty to apply. 



7. Complaints

7.1. The right to claim covers goods that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the item is defective when you receive your order, you should contact OnePan as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your order. Contact our customer service at info@onepan.se. Claims made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been made in a timely manner. You have a lifelong right to claim for goods purchased on the website (except for coatings that naturally wear out with use).  

7.2. When the claimed item has been returned and the claim has been approved, OnePan will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. OnePan aims for this to be done within 30 days from the date OnePan receives the claim, but it may sometimes take longer. OnePan reserves the right to deny a claim if it turns out that the item is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. 8. Force Majeure

OnePan shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond OnePan's control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning strike, terrorist attack, changes in government regulations, technical issues, errors in electricity/telecom/data connections or other communication, as well as errors or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances as stated here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption that result in exemption from damages and other consequences. If the circumstance has lasted for more than two months, both you and OnePan have the right to terminate the purchase immediately. 



9. Change of terms 

OnePan reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. All changes to these terms will be published on the website. Changes take effect from the date you accept the terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the website), or alternatively 30 days after OnePan has informed you of the changes. However, OnePan recommends that you regularly check the website to be informed of any changes to the terms.


10. General Terms Subscription Service 

10.1. Our promise to you: if you don't like your OnePan, we'll take it back at no cost within 30 days.  

10.2. You can cancel your subscription anytime without commitment before each monthly renewal. However, please note: upon subscription termination, you'll need to return your OnePan product.  

10.3. If you return your OnePan product within 18 months, you'll be charged a return fee of 495 SEK.  

10.4. Shipping (69 SEK) is added to your very first delivery. Everything else is included in your monthly fee.

12. Other

12.1. We disclaim all liability for damages arising from the improper use of OnePan products by the consumer. 

12.2. Uncollected goods will be returned to us. For all uncollected packages we reserve the right to charge return freight, handling and fees.
