Looking for an easy and delicious focaccia recipe? This small-batch focaccia made in the OneServe is perfect for quick baking with minimal effort! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and topped with flavorful ingredients like cherry tomatoes and garlic—this recipe is a must-try!

Ingredients

• 250 g flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 packet (3.5 g) dry yeast
• 175 ml warm water
• 1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
• Cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 small garlic clove, thinly sliced
• Fresh basil leaves (optional)
• Flaky sea salt for topping

Here's how you do it

  1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.

  2. Knead: Knead the dough for about 3–5 minutes until smooth.

  3. Let it rise: Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise for 30–45 minutes in a warm place until doubled in size.

  4. Shape it in OneServe: Lightly oil your OneServe, then press the dough evenly into the pan. Let it rest for another 10 minutes.

  5. Add toppings: Dimple the surface with your fingers, then top with cherry tomato halves, garlic slices, and a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.

  6. Bake: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Bake the focaccia in the OneServe for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the edges.

  7. Serve: Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil if desired. Enjoy warm!
