1 tsp salt
1/2 packet (3.5 g) of dry yeast
175 ml hot water
1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra to drizzle over)
Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small clove of garlic, thinly sliced
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Flaky sea salt for topping
-
Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
-
Knead: Knead the dough for about 3–5 minutes until smooth.
-
Let it rise: Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise for 30–45 minutes in a warm place until doubled in size.
-
Shape it in OneServe: Lightly oil your OneServe, then press the dough evenly into the pan. Let it rest for another 10 minutes.
-
Add toppings: Dimple the surface with your fingers, then top with cherry tomato halves, garlic slices, and a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
-
Bake: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Bake the focaccia in the OneServe for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the edges.
-
Serve: Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil if desired. Enjoy warm!
