
Quick & easy omelette
Getting the perfect omelette can be a bit tricky - it tends to be dry and can break when you fold it. We're sharing our best recipe to help you achieve omelette perfection. In this recipe, we use the OnePan 24 cm frying pan, which is perfectly sized to create the perfect omelette.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 tbsp water
Butter or oil
Salt & Pepper
Filling or garnish of your choice

Here's how:
1) In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, salt and pepper until the yolk is thoroughly mixed.
2) Preheat the pan to about 80% of the cooker's capacity. It is important to have the right temperature to get a perfectly cooked omelette.
3) Add butter or oil to the pan. Wait until it melts, but be careful not to let it turn brown.
4) Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir quickly with a fork or whisk, creating a delicious mix of flavours.
5) Immediately reduce the heat to 20% of the cooker's capacity. This step will ensure that your omelette is cooked evenly and retains its fluffy texture.
6) Once the egg is almost set, you can add your favourite filling or toppings. Get creative with ingredients like cheese, vegetables or herbs.
7) Roll up the omelette, place it on a plate and serve immediately.
