Ingredients

2 ägg
3 msk vatten
Smör eller olja
Salt & peppar
Valfri fyllning (t.ex. ost, örter eller grönsaker)

How to do it

Whisk together eggs, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl until the yolk is fully blended. This creates a smooth and fluffy omelet.
Heat your OnePan 20 to about 80% of the stove’s heat with a little butter or oil. Make sure the butter melts but does not brown.
Pour in the egg mixture and stir quickly with a fork or whisk to achieve a light texture.
Reduce the heat to about 20% and let the omelet set slowly. This makes it soft, juicy, and perfectly cooked.
When the omelet is almost done, add your choice of filling – try cheese, spinach, mushrooms, or fresh herbs.
Carefully roll up the omelet and serve immediately.
