The perfect omelette

Fluffy, creamy and perfectly golden omelette – every time. With OnePan 20 cm, the ultimate breakfast pan, you avoid burnt eggs and get an even, smooth frying surface every time.

Ingredients

2 ägg
3 msk vatten
Smör eller olja
Salt & peppar
Valfri fyllning (t.ex. ost, örter eller grönsaker)

Here's how you do it

  1. Whisk together eggs, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl until the yolk is fully blended. This gives a smooth and fluffy omelette.
  2. Heat your OnePan 20 to about 80% of the stove's heat with a little butter or oil. Make sure the butter melts but does not brown.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and stir quickly with a fork or whisk to get a fluffy texture.
  4. Lower the heat to about 20% and let the omelette set slowly. This makes it soft, juicy, and perfectly cooked.
  5. When the omelette is almost done, add your choice of filling – try cheese, spinach, mushrooms, or fresh herbs.
  6. Carefully roll up the omelette and serve immediately.
