Crispy Chicken Burger with Asian Coleslaw | Simple & crispy everyday luxury

Get perfectly crispy chicken burgers in the oven – without extra fat, baking paper, or complicated washing up. Ingredients

Chicken burgers
2 pounded chicken breast fillets (e.g. minute fillets)
1 dl Greek yoghurt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
100 g tortilla chips (preferably sweet chilli)
2 slices of hamburger cheese

Asian coleslaw
150 g shredded white cabbage, red cabbage & carrot
0.5 dl mayonnaise
1 msk Gochujang
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp lime juice
Salt & pepper

For serving
2 hamburger buns
Crisp salad
Majonnäs
Apples of your choice

Here's how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 220°C fan.

  2. Bread the chicken: Mix yogurt with oregano, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss the chicken and make sure all pieces are properly coated. Crush the tortilla chips finely and bread each piece in the crumbs.

  3. Cook on the tray: Place the chicken and fries directly on your OnePan OneSheet. Cook in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and everything is golden and crispy.

  4. Mix the coleslaw: Combine cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, Gochujang, ginger, and lime. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Assemble the burgers: Lightly warm the buns, spread mayonnaise, add lettuce, chicken with melted cheese, and top with a generous spoonful of coleslaw.
