2 pounded chicken breast fillets (e.g. minute fillets)
1 dl Greek yoghurt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
100 g tortilla chips (preferably sweet chilli)
2 slices of hamburger cheese
Asian coleslaw
150 g shredded white cabbage, red cabbage & carrot
0.5 dl mayonnaise
1 msk Gochujang
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp lime juice

Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 250°C hot air.

Bread the chicken: Mix the yoghurt with the oregano, paprika and garlic powder. Turn the chicken over and make sure all the pieces are thoroughly coated. Crush the tortilla chips finely and coat each piece in the crumbs.

Cook on the baking tray: Place the chicken and pomme directly on your OnePan OneSheet. Cook in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and everything is golden and crispy.

Stir together the coleslaw: Mix the cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, Gochujang, ginger and lime. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Assemble the burgers: Lightly heat the buns, spread with mayonnaise, add lettuce, chicken with melted cheese and top with a generous spoonful of coleslaw.
