500 g fresh gnocchi

- Heat olive oil in your OnePan Sauté Pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Stir in the tomato paste, fry for a minute, then pour in the crushed tomatoes. Let simmer for about 15 minutes and season to taste.
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions and save a little of the pasta water.
- Add the gnocchi to the sauce along with some pasta water and grated parmesan.
- Top with extra parmesan, burrata, and fresh basil. Enjoy!
