Quick Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce with Burrata & Basil │ Simple & Creamy One-Pan Dinner

Discover a light and creamy gnocchi dish that quickly becomes a new favorite for everyday or weekend meals. Ingredients

• 500 g gnocchi (fresh)
• Olive oil for frying
• 3 shallots, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 500 g strained tomatoes
• Salt, pepper, chili flakes & granulated sugar
• 1–2 burrata
• Parmesan, grated
• Fresh basil

How to do it

  1. Heat olive oil in your OnePan Sauté Pan and sauté onion & garlic until soft.
  2. Stir in tomato paste, fry for a minute, then add strained tomatoes. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste.
  3. Cook gnocchi according to the instructions and save some pasta water.
  4. Toss the gnocchi into the sauce with a little pasta water and grated Parmesan.
  5. Top with more Parmesan, burrata, and fresh basil. Enjoy 🍝💛
