Easy Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce with Burrata & Basil │ Quick and Creamy OnePan Dinner Recipe

500 g fresh gnocchi
Olive oil for frying
3 shallots, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
500 g crushed tomatoes
Salt, pepper, chili flakes & a pinch of sugar
1–2 burrata
Basil
  1. Heat olive oil in your OnePan Sauté Pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste, fry for a minute, then pour in the crushed tomatoes. Let simmer for about 15 minutes and season to taste.
  3. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions and save a little of the pasta water.
  4. Add the gnocchi to the sauce along with some pasta water and grated parmesan.
  5. Top with extra parmesan, burrata, and fresh basil. Enjoy!
