Quick & Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
- 140 g melted butter (1.5 dl)
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 1 dl granulated sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 2 dl chocolate chips
- Flaky sea salt for sprinkling
Here's how:
1) Preheat oven to 200°C.
2) Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
3) Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
4) Roll dough into balls and place them on the OneSheet, making sure to leave space between them as they will spread while baking. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
5) Bake for just a few minutes until golden (thanks to the OneSheet’s tech, they bake twice as fast!). Cool slightly and enjoy warm!
