Chicken Burgers



If you're craving a delicious and satisfying meal, these homemade chicken burgers are sure to hit the spot. Made with tender, juicy boneless chicken thighs coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, these burgers are packed with flavor and easy to prepare. Paired with a fresh salsa and a creamy garlic yogurt sauce, all served on a toasted brioche bun, these chicken burgers offer a perfect balance of textures and tastes.

Ingredients:


- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- Flour
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Paprika powder
- Salt
- Cooking oil (e.g., vegetable or canola oil)
- 4 Brioche burger buns

Fresh Salsa:
- Tomatoes
- Fresh cilantro
- Fresh chili
- Red onion
- Lime
- Olive oil
- Salt

Yogurt Sauce:
- Greek Yoghurt
- One clove of minced garlic

Here's how:


Preparation:
1) Mix flour, paprika powder, salt, and pepper on a plate.
2) Beat the egg in a deep plate.
3) Pour panko breadcrumbs onto a separate plate.

Coating the Chicken:
1) Dredge the chicken thighs first in the flour mixture, then dip them in the beaten egg, and finally coat them in panko breadcrumbs.

Cooking:
1) Quickly dip the coated chicken in hot oil.
2) Bake on a OneSheet or OneRoast at 230°C (445°F) for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

Here's how:


Fresh Salsa:
1) Dice tomatoes, fresh coriander, fresh chili, and red onion.
2) Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
3) Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.

Yogurt Sauce:
Mix 100 ml of Greek yogurt with one clove of minced garlic.

Assembly:
Toast the burger buns and assemble the burgers with the cooked chicken, fresh salsa, and yogurt sauce. Enjoy!
