- Preheat the oven to 230°C-250°C, depending on the oven's power, preferably using the convection setting.
- Wash the root vegetables. Cut them lengthwise.
- Mix the root vegetables, fat, and seasonings in your OneSheet.
- Place with the cut side down for a crispier result.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes. Flip and serve.
