4 servings:
500 g of root vegetables (such as potatoes, carrots, and parsnips)
3 tbsp of butter or other optional fat
1 tsp of sea salt
Optional flavorings like garlic and fresh herbs
  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C-250°C, depending on the oven's power, preferably using the convection setting.
  2. Wash the root vegetables. Cut them lengthwise.
  3. Mix the root vegetables, fat, and seasonings in your OneSheet.
  4. Place with the cut side down for a crispier result.
  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Flip and serve.
