Giant Cookie Recipe in a Pan

This giant cookie is a total game-changer! Buttery, packed with chocolate chips, and topped with a pinch of flaky salt for that sweet-and-salty vibe. Bake it in your OnePan 20, and boom—gooey, golden goodness in just 15 minutes.

150 g unsalted butter, melted
2.5 dl packed brown sugar
1 dl granulated sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
5 dl all-purpose flour
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
2.5 dl chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  3. Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and sea salt. Stir until the flour disappears. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in your OnePan 20, and sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Don’t overbake – you want it to be slightly gooey inside. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
