150 g unsalted butter, melted
2.5 dl packed brown sugar
1 dl granulated sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
5 dl all-purpose flour
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
2.5 dl chocolate chips

- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and sea salt. Stir until the flour disappears. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in your OnePan 20, and sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Don’t overbake – you want it to be slightly gooey inside. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
