- Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead: Knead the dough for about 3–5 minutes until smooth.
- Let it rise: Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise for 30–45 minutes in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Shape it in OneServe: Lightly oil your OneServe, then press the dough evenly into the pan. Let it rest for another 10 minutes.
- Add toppings: Dimple the surface with your fingers, then top with cherry tomato halves, garlic slices, and a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
- Bake: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Bake the focaccia in the OneServe for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Serve: Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil if desired. Enjoy warm!
