Crispy potatoes

500 g potatoes
3 tbsp butter or other preferred fat
1 tsp sea salt flakes
Optional flavorings such as garlic and fresh herbs‍

Tips: You can use leftover boiled potatoes. In that case, shorten the cooking time to 6-8minutes.
  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C-250°C depending on the oven's power, preferably using convection.
  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them lengthwise.
  2. Mix the potatoes, fat, and seasonings in your OneRoast.
  3. Place the potatoes with the cut side down for a crispier potato.
  4. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Flip the potatoes and serve.
