- Preheat the oven to 230°C-250°C depending on the oven's power, preferably using convection.
- Wash the potatoes and cut them lengthwise.
- Mix the potatoes, fat, and seasonings in your OneRoast.
- Place the potatoes with the cut side down for a crispier potato.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes. Flip the potatoes and serve.
