Achieving the perfect omelette can be a bit tricky - it tends to turn out dry and may break when folding. We share our best recipe to help you achieve omelette perfection. In this particular recipe, we utilise the OnePan 24, perfectly sized for crafting the ideal omelette.

2 eggs
3 tbsp water
Butter or oil
Salt & Pepper

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, salt, and pepper until the yolk is thoroughly blended. This step ensures a smooth and flavorful omelette.

  2. Preheat your pan to about 80% of your stove's capacity. It's essential to have the right temperature for a perfectly cooked omelette.

  3. Add butter or oil to the pan. Wait until it melts, but be mindful not to let it brown.

  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and give it a quick stir with a fork or whisk, creating a delightful blend of flavors.

  5. Immediately reduce the heat to 20% of your stove's capacity. This step ensures that your omelette cooks evenly and retains its fluffy texture.

  6. When the egg is almost set, add your favorite filling or accompaniments. Get creative with ingredients like cheese, vegetables, or herbs.

  7. Roll up the omelette, transfer it to a plate, and serve immediately.
